My name is Carla Sofia Barjan and I consider myself a very hardworking person. I love soccer and volleyball to an extreme because they are very competitive yet amusing sports. I also love to write and i am currently working on a 150 page poetry book, currently on page 70 on the course of 4 months. I’m getting there. I try to excel in English because it’s my favorite class, apart from Theatre. I’ve always dreamt about becoming a singer, however my vocals always strain and I run the risk of damaging them.  I find that people connect while singing,  they somehow come together to form these beautiful sounds and chorus’. One of my biggest dreams in life is to be self sufficient and be able to have children. the first one is kind of straightforward but the latter is one where people might question me. The reason i consider having children as a dream of mine is because I’ve always loved kids. I grew up around little children because my mom use to run a small pre-school, which is why I thought about becoming a teacher. I’ve always wanted children because I find that we all learn so much from them and they are just so adorable. Another of my biggest dreams is to travel, and travel A LOT. I find that staying in one location and not traveling and learning about other cultures is somehow ignorant. I still don’t know what I’ll study but I’m pretty sure I’ll just end up with the family business with my dad. I’ve researched about business administration and it is very interesting since I’m a very good public speaker and I’m also a people person. The future has a lot for me and I’m ready for it.
