About me

My name is Rita Lulo, I have studied at Carol Morgan School for 2 years now and have loved every second. I used to live in a small town in the North coast of the Dominican Republic where everyone new each other, it was a drastic change moving to the capital. I consider myself a kind and friendly person who is always willing to try new things and is very open-minded. Some cool facts about me are that I love my family, my favorite movie is Harry potter and I’m really scared of dogs. I am very excited to be in Current events class this year because I love to hear about everything that is currently happening all around the world. 

I’m really excited about the fact that I am a senior this year at Carol Morgan School. Even though I am a tad scared about the thought that next year I will be living in a completely different location with new people and a completely different culture, I find comfort in knowing that I will have graduated with an amazing class. I feel incredibly lucky to have had the chance to share my last three years with a class full of life and laughter.

In college I think I would like to study the art of psychology more specifically behaviorist psychology. Eventually when I grow up I want to work with kids who have down syndrome or autism. I love children and I feel like I would be an excellent candidate in working with kids with these disabilities because I have the patience it requires. I feel very lucky to have found my passion at such a young age as so many people don’t even know what they want to study.
