Todo Acerca de Leslie McKinney

Current Events is a class that makes the student learn about the issues that are passing in today’s world. My name is Manuel Gonzalez and currently I am a senior in Carol Morgan School. I was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and have lived here for most of my life. When I was 13, finishing 7^th grade, I moved to a different country to attend a junior Boarding school. It was located in Deerfield, MA, and it was an all boys’ school. Many Dominicans know it since they attend this school for summer programs. While in Eaglebrook, I repeated 7^th grade and stayed all the way through 9^th. Everything that Eaglebrook taught me will never be forgotten, being one of the best experiences I have ever had. Upon my return to Carol Morgan in 10^th grade, I was faced with the problem of being back and doing everything when I wanted, when in Eaglebrook I had everything scheduled. It was a tough transition that took me a year, but I learned my lesson through the bad way. Right now I am waiting to see where the future will take me, hopefully to a place I enjoy being at.
