Its incredible to think that there are people in the world who have no acess to clean water. Citizens in places like India or the middle east struggle every day to get clean water for their families. This has lead to many deaths since the only water they get their hands on has been infected and caused their family members to start dying. This really upsets me because these are children who are losing their fathers and mothers or even mothers and fathers losing their children. Unfortanetly in some places there isn’t enough water for everyone to get a taste from. Some of the solutions we discussed were to use less water a day. For example we watched some videos that said that when you are brushing your teeth try to turn off the filter while you are brushing or even taking or even shaving for men. It also said that 30 seconds off your usual shower time can be a huge help. We discussed global posts which discusses breaking news. They have a really cool campaign that advertises things such as clean water. I truly think that by social media we can get some where. It provokes people to realize what is currently happening throughout the world. I personally think that it is a perfect way to pass down important information. Water is a vital factor in surviving for human beings. It is shameful to think that in your country there are thousands of people who struggle to get acess to clean filtered water.
