About the Author

I was born on December 18th, 1998. I live in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. My parents are from Spain and the DR, so that makes me Spanish and Dominican. I have lived in the Dominican Republic for 18 years, and might be living in it for four more years as well. I have decided to study Law as I move on to college. I have always been undecided between business and law, but I have decided upon studying law since there are no lawyers in my family, ad we have to start somewhere, right? I moved to the Carol Morgan School during the midst of the sixth grade. The transition was extremely hard, just by mentioning that there weren't any lockers at Ashton, and there was only one teacher instead of seven.

I take action in many extracurriculars activities such as a cappella groups, Tae Kwon Do, Model United Nations, Peer Helpers, among others. I have spent thirteen years of my life in martial arts and this has helped me gain skills and qualities such as persistence, dedication, and responsability. My goal is to always maitain a healthy and balanced life style.  

I am very excited for this semester's current events and hope to learn about many subjects along the way. Now with Trump's presidential standing, Odebrecht's issues of fraud, among many others, current events are at their peak and I am very excited for the upcoming discussions we will have during class. Claudine is my permanent partner in Current Events and together we will guide Angela and Dani to success.
