Humanity is in a collision course with nature.
Ever
since we started expanding and developing this world we knew what the end result would be. Humans are tempting nature, in other words we are in a
collision course with nature. We have been destroying the place all of us call
home. The place where our ancestors lived, the place where our future relatives
will call their home as well, and we are just making it more difficult for them
to live the life we lived.
We saw in
class the other day an interview of Leonardo Di Caprio talking about the
climate change at a conference in the UN. When he won the Oscar this past month, he stated
that "climate change is real" meaning that it is already happening,
affecting our daily lives, affecting our HOME! What will it look like in 100
years when all these climate change problems continue to happen? How will our descendants
live? This is something that deeply worries me since I want for my family to
live the best life possible.
Good if a little repetitive.
