Medical Marijuana

Marijuana (cannabis) is a genus of flowering plant that includes three species (and seven taxa) or subspecies, sativa, indica, and ruderalis. Marijuana is used both in recreational purpose and medical however marijuana it is illegal almost worldwide. Marijuana is composed of two key component CVD, the ingredient which is best for medical purpose and THC, the component which causes high recreational purposes. Doctor’s have analyzed the power of marijuana and have concluded that a plant with high in CVD and low in THC is really good for a person with certain problems that marijuana can cure. In class we saw a documentary of a young 5 year old girl who used to have around 300 seizure a week and their parents found this cannabis with high amount of CVD and low in THC, after applying this to the girl, her seizures diminished to around two per week. Here you can clearly see that this can be a great change. The problem is that people can use is for recreational purpose which can kill numerous neurons in the brain. Marijuana also causes a great problem due to the police because busting people for marijuana takes an immense of time and money which can clearly be reduced. These are things to take into account if it were to legalize it.
