Reflection semester 1
Reflection semester 1- current events
It was a very productive semester in media literacy and current events, I became aware of topics I was not familiar with and I learned a lot of things that I did not know.There are so many topics which I knew about, but know see it in a different way, because as we learned in the first class everything has two stories.I enjoyed all the topics we talked about such as the scarcity of water and food, I learned how to do an infographic, that i can later use to do project and spread an issue through the infographic. We learned how to master google docs, drive Andrew to use google slides. The topic about ISIS was a topic that interested me greatly, because is something that is affecting the world and can someday affect me, so learning the background of ISIS cleared my mind of why these chaotic events are happening.In current events we talked about trump and Hinton and reviewed all of the debates, and we were all impressed when trump won.This class has been a tool to the world of communications and also a tool to everything that is happening around the world, having an instagram account and a twitter has helped me learn about current events. I will miss this class next semester.
