All About Me

My name is Lorena Maria Menicucci Camarena and I am 16 years old. I was born on December 17 of 1999 in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. My parents are Angelo and Elsa Maria and I have two younger sisters called Camila and Angela. I study at Carol Morgan School and I am in 11th grade. The thing I enjoy the most about school is my Current Events class with my favorite teacher, Ms. Costales. As a young child, I went to my mother's pre-school, Escuelita Montessori. Then I came to CMS and have been here for 12 years, since kinder garden. After graduating school, my plans are to study International Business at UNIBE or a university at the United States. From all the branches under International Business, I want to specialize in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. When I grow up I am looking forward to opening my own business. As a hobby, I either go to the gym or to the Country Club to play tennis. My interests include shopping, eating, sleeping, exercising, or spending time with my family and friends. My favorite foods include pizza, pasta, sushi, tacos, rice, beans, "mangu", "sancocho", and fries. Since I live in an island, on the weekends I usually go to the beach at La Romana. Going to the beach is the thing I love the most about were I live. I also enjoy going out with my friends to parties or hang out at one of our houses. On big holidays, I usually travel with my family and explore new places around the world. This summer, I went to Paris with my group of friends. We studied at La Sorbonne University and on our free time we explored Paris. We learned how to be independent and this program was intended to prepare us for college. This surely was an unforgettable experience and as friends we all built a stronger relationship. After this program, I stayed one more week with my family at Paris. I took them to all the places I visited and after that we went to London. Indeed, London and Paris are two of my favorite cities.
