All About Me

I am a 17-year-old enthusiastic girl called Ana Christina De Boyrie. I am tall and slender like a model.  I have long, light brown hair that falls perfectly on to my shoulders and stays tucked behind my ears all day. My almond-shaped, brown eyes and perfectly aligned teeth illuminate my small round face.  I was born in Santo Domingo and have lived here my entire life. I have been a student at the Carol Morgan for 11 years and right now I am starting my senior year. Looking forward to all the adventures and challenges we are going to face as seniass!

Exercising especially for a team sport is something I love to do.  My favorite sport is soccer. I train about three times a week during the school year. I love to run alongside my teammates and even though we are almost out of breath we still manage to talk about the latest gossip we heard at lunchtime.  It is really nice to see the bond we have created as a team and how our teamwork has allowed us to win the Copa Coca Cola and CAISSA tournaments.  Other sports I like to play are tennis, volleyball, and basketball.  Although I am not on the Varsity team, I have a great time playing them.  Apart from playing sports I also like to learn German.  I choose German because my grandfather is German and during the summer we go to visit family there.  I also have a German passport and it would be nice to speak the language.  German is a very difficult language to learn and even though I took classes for several years I still speak and understand very little. This past summer I started to practice the language on Duolingo.  I improved a lot and I am proud of myself.  Another thing I enjoy to do in my free time is watch TV series and movies.  I am a Netflix addict, watched almost all the movies they have.  My favorite genre is comedy but I also enjoy watching dramas and chick flicks.  My favorite all time series is FRIENDS.  Too funny!  I also love Grey’s Anatomy with all its’ tragedies, Gossip Girl, Gran Hotel, Keeping up with the Kardashians, and many more.
