Hello it's me Matilde

Hi my name is Matilde Alvarez and i'm 16 years old. I am both Peruvian and Spanish. I'm peruvian because of my mother’s side and spanish because of my father’s side. I have an older brother who is 21 years old and is in college studying aeronautical engineering at Georgia Tech, Atlanta. My parents and I have been leaving in Santo Domingo for about 10 years. Before I came to the D.R I used to live in Caracas, Venezuela. I went to school their my first years but then had to move because of my father's job. When I first got to the D.R everything seem strange because of the different culture but as the years passed by I got used to it. As a person I consider myself as a sporty girl. I like playing tennis, running, and many other stuff. However the sport I mostly like is sailing. Since I was 7 years old I have been sailing my whole life until now. It is one of my favorites hobbies. Besides sailing, I like spending time with friends and enjoying their company. Besides hanging out with my friends I also like to visit different parts of the world. Learning different cultures. Visiting museums and their history. Trying out the different kind of food and etc. During the summer vacations one of the activities that I mostly enjoy is going to the beach and relax. Listen to music and see the people walking by the shore. Also, as strangely as it seems I also enjoy reading some adventure and mystery books. Watching movies and series is also one of the hobbies that I mostly enjoy. As long as I can remember, I’ve always liked animals. Having a dog is what I mostly want but because I live in a apartment I can't. But as soon as I grow up I’ll get a pet. Hopefully I’ll go to a good college, get a job, get married and have a happy family.
