All about Rodrigo

My name is Rodrigo Jose Sanchez and I'm 17 years old. I´m currently a senior at Carol Morgan School in the Dominican Republic. I have a younger sister, Maria Isabel, who just became a freshman. I have two loving parents, Rodrigo and Gisela who support me in everything I do. My dad comes from a very big family from Nicaragua, and my mom has lived her whole life here in the country. My dad has an agriculture business where he imports goods from all over the world and sells them here, and my mom has her own law firm. I really like movies especially comedy, and I like spending time in the beach whenever I can. I can say that I am a very hard working and resilient person in everything I do. I like to challenge myself in any activity I do, so I rarely take the easy way. This year I'm taking three AP courses which are AP Stats, AP Microeconomics, and AP Calculus. I need to put in some time in those classes if I need to do well in the AP exam. I also enjoy being with my friends as much as I can, however what I like the most is playing golf. I try to practice everyday as much as I can. I have competed in many national and international events, and I plan to continue my amateur career while I´m in UConn. I plan to get a degree in Industrial engineering. After I graduate, hopefully I have the game to turn professional and make a living of the game that I love. For now, I´ll focus in school, and having fun in my last year of high school. I am looking forward to senior year and spending time with all my friends. In the end, that is all the matters and those are the memories that last a life time.
