Me

My name is Dominique Hasbun Ortega, and I am American born, but Dominican raised. So far, sixteen years young, born on February 10 at the beginning of the century. Currently I attend the Carol Morgan School of Santo Domingo, which I have been in for thirteen years already. Truly, time flies in a little over I’ll be going off to college. Hopefully to either go into pre-med or journalism. Anyhow, for this school year I have lots of ideas and goals to achieve. Mainly, to get better grades or higher grades, as well as a decent score on the SAT.

Too much talk about school, let’s go more personal. So although I was born in the States in Miami, neither of my parents or grandparents are originally from there. On my mom’s side, she was also born, but raised in the states specifically in Texas, by a Cuban father that's actually a Spanish descendant, and a Colombian mother from Cali. As to my dad's side, he was born in the Dominican Republic, specifically in the Santo Domingo area from a Dominican/Spanish mother, and Palestinian father.

I enjoy traveling a lot, especially to the States, Europe, and Puerto Rico. When I go to the US, I usually just go home to Doral in Miami, or visit New York, which to me is the most appealing city in the world. There is just so much to do there. However when I go to Europe, I enjoy going to Spain: Madrid, Barcelona, France:Paris, and England:London. Oh and of course! Puerto Rico, which I love, I have many close friends there, and adore going to San Juan, Guaynabo, Bayamon, and Isla Verde. Well you can tell I like to fly a lot!
