Humanity is on a collision course with nature

Since the beginning of mankind, we have depended on nature for our survival. We started as hunters and gatherers, and later on we adopted agriculture. We have learned to use the environment in the most effective and economic way possible. Recently, we noticed that we are exploiting the earth, and soon all the resources will be very scarce. Human population is increasing way too fast compared the resources that are available. This is why we have started developing new ways to use the environment like solar, wind, and hydroelectric energy. These are greener and more efficient ways to use Earth. This is the key to the future of humanity. We need to start implementing these ideas more often if we want to make a quick change. People have to realize that the earth doesn't need humans, it can live without it. In fact, the earth has lived without humans for way longer than it has lived with humans. We are the ones that need earth to be able to survive. If we destroy our home, where will we live? We need to develop quick and clean ideas to be able to save our planet.
