Education For All

As said by Nelson Mandela, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world”. I believe that education is indeed the key to changing the world. Through education, we learn about other problems that need fixing, however, without education we are not informed of other world wide issues. Lack of education is a serious problem that is affecting the kids of the future. 42% of African students will drop out of school before finishing their educational career and only 49% of children worldwide will attend secondary school. In order for kids to be successful and be able to enforce the world's future, education is needed. I believe that education is the most important global goal since it is the base to all the other goals. In order to understand what global warming is, what is good nutrition, and even how to help improve the world, education is needed.This global goal can be achieved by starting simple. If we as a community all work together, then this problem can be solved. I believe that by volunteering in schools and teaching kids the importance of education, then they will understand how significant school is for their future and everyone else's. Also if more governments worldwide implement laws in which kids must attend schools, then hopefully the percentage of kids who drop out of school will significantly decrease. This is a problem that can be solved little by little if everyone in the community works together.
