Problem 1

The most crucial worldwide problem at the moment is poverty. Every problem in the world is connected and poverty is the base of it all. Poverty is a large cause of many of the other world problems. Its the cause of world hunger, disease, crime, lack of education, wars, among many others. Before we can get to all of these problems we must stop poverty. Poverty is very common worldwide. We see it everywhere, the lower class suffers from harsh living conditions, lack of food and water. Poverty forms a chain reaction that influences everything that happens in the world. As well as being the base problem the world suffers from, its also extremely hard to prevent while running a capitalist democracy. We need to be able to establish a balance in order to keep society fair, yet provide opportunity for everyone. Decent education should be free to everyone, governments should provide an effective welfare system, and help civilians get jobs. Although this seems extremely unrealistic, it something that can be done. Scandinavian  countries such as Iceland, Sweden, and Denmark have already been able to establish a decent system, and if they are able to why aren't we? If we are able to provide something like this in lower income countries, we will be able to see a decrease in violence, wars and crime. And an increase in literacy rates, economical increase and balance. This is crucial, and would massively benefit the world. We need to find a way to make this possible and improve the world in a positive way,
