Hunger and Poverty VS Humans
When searching google for the word hunger, I came across definitions such as feeling of discomfort, malnourishment or emptiness. But in reality, that words meaning goes much wider than that, it’s a term that can even be considered an epidemic, threat, and danger to the human population today. One in every nine people suffer from this. Basically, that ends up being seven-hundred-ninety-five million people on this earth that do not receive/can purchase food to lead a healthy active life. I have always believed there are two problems that are always dependent on each other which is the one priorly mentioned, and of course poverty. If the economy is bad, as a result people are poor, and can not buy proper food, medicines, or even something to drink. Both of these problems can be well seen, in developing countries such as ours, Haiti, and a lot of countries in the continent of Africa. Sadly this isn’t an issue that can be solved over night, although with the help of a few organizations the job can get done. Obviously we can always help, by doing small acts such as giving people in the streets your “to go” food, or raising funds to buy meals for those who can not purchase them or sometimes do not even get one a day. I believe together, we can acheive a way to end both of these problems, so everyone can live a happy and proper life.
