go out, protest, speak about the unspeakable, and talk shit

We all know water is one of the most important natural resources, because water is essential for human survival, well-being and high standard of living. Most of us take advantage of purified water we always have; however, it's unbelievable how many people suffer from scant water or contaminated water. Unfortunately, many developing countries do not have access to water. Even though they do, the quality of water is poor. Twice the population of the United States lives without access to safe water. These days, many factories or fertilizer plants release chemically contaminated water. Moreover, 90% of sewage goes directly into rivers, lakes and oceans and children who drank this water are likely to suffer from sanitation-related diseases such as diarrhea, salmonella and E.coli. This problem endangers not only valuable aquatic resources, but also threatening our health. In 2011, the UN planned to cut the number of people with no toilet access in  half. In addition, many people are trying to implement water, sanitation and hygiene by providing toilets that can be operate without electricity, plumbed water and sewer system. I strongly believe that it's significant to look for better ways to manage our current use of water that is not contaminated and "go out, protest, speak about the unspeakable, and talk shit" just like Rose George said.
