Sanitation
Sanitation is the hygienic means
of promoting health through prevention of human contact with the hazards of wastes
as well as the treatment and proper disposal of sewage or wastewater. It can be
physical, microbiological, biological or chemical agents of disease. More than sixty
percent of Africans do not have access to a clean sanitation. Many don’t have a
proper toilet that is very important because it separates human waste from the
human contact. Also they don’t have neither toilets nor the water they drink or
clean themselves are from rivers, ponds etc. There are about 2.6 billion people
around the world who live without access to a toilet at home. Improving access to sanitation in the world is a big step
towards reducing diseases that humans face. This will help create a much better
environment and healthy human body lives. Teenage girls drop out of school when they
menstruate. This is due thanks to schools that don’t have toilets neither
sanitary napkins. Since teenage girls start to miss school for
one week each month due to menstruate, it often causes them to drop out of
school. Without education, poverty continues and more “stupidity” in the world
is brought. So, lets make a change and make the world a much better environment
and place to live in.
